This is a list of food recommendations that have helped me keep true to my Keto diet, while still solving for that craving.
Lou Malnati’s has a sausage crust pizza. I find that this tastes much better than a cauliflower crust pizza. You can order them fresh from your local lou’s or you can order them shipped frozen here.
I recommend getting the following if you are ordering fresh:
- Easy Sause
- Extra Cheese
- Black Olives
If you have additional carbs to spare, then feel free to add in other toppings.
Nomad Cuisine’s - Chicken Tikka with Cauliflower Rice Bowls
These bowls are amazingly delicious at only 12 Net Carbs. I picked these up as a five pack from Costco. I will be buying more next time!

Rebel Ice Cream
In Chicago, these are available at Mariano’s. I particularly recommend the Mint Chip flavor as I think its the best tasting and it also happens to have lowest net carbs per container at 4 grams.
Lily’s Milk Chocolate
Fat Snax - High Fat, 2 Net Carb cookies. Lemon flavor is my favorite
Both of these are great options, but the Trader Joe’s version are slightly better!
